Introduction-
Welcome to Legacy Linen. By accessing or using this website and by placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Legacy Linen for the supply of hospitality textiles to business customers.
Business Model & Scope
Legacy Linen operates strictly as a B2B supplier to hotels, resorts, and service apartments across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and pan-India. We do not sell directly to consumers.

Orders & Payments-

All orders require a 50% advance payment at the time of confirmation.

The balance 50% payment is due against delivery of goods.

Production and dispatch commence only upon receipt of the advance payment.

All prices are exclusive of applicable GST. Transportation and unloading charges shall be borne by the customer.

Cancellations, Refunds & Exchanges-
Once an order has been confirmed and advance received, no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges are permitted under any circumstances.

Shipping & Delivery-

Standard delivery timelines are 7–10 business days, subject to production and logistics conditions.

Deliveries are arranged through Legacy Linen’s self-managed trucking.

Legacy Linen shall not be held liable for delays caused by unforeseen events including but not limited to force majeure, strikes, accidents, or carrier delays.

Inspection & Quality Claims-

Customers must inspect goods upon delivery. Any visible transit damage must be recorded at the time of delivery and reported within 24 hours with documentation.

Hidden defects, if any, must be notified in writing within 7 days of delivery.

Our liability is limited strictly to repair or replacement of defective goods, at our sole discretion.

Limitation of Liability-
Legacy Linen shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products. Liability shall in no case exceed the value of the goods supplied under the specific order.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes are subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
